Clients count on our Multi-Cut Blanking Line to produce high quality blanks cut to their precise specifications. This line has the capability to achieve tight tolerances while improving the flatness of the steel and minimizing burr. We also have a 50,000 pound 72 inch slitter with multi-roll shape correction levelers that help to ensure the highest possible level of quality. This also features a computer controlled x-ray gauge to make sure that the thickness of the steel is within the ordered tolerances. The steel also passes through a visual inspection station with upper and lower mirrors and lights to maintain the highest possible quality standards.
